ILMS will design, implement and manage a sequencing system of parts, part kits and part assemblies to your production line, from our warehousing facilities.

Parts received from the customers’ suppliers at the ILMS warehouse are then kitted, assembled and/or specially prepared for immediate use in the critical assembly path of each product model.

Point of use deliveries, synchronized to production line pace and product model, create a continuous flow of material, from part to finished goods, within the customers’ facilities.

To effectively support production line pace and model schedules, accurate parts availability is required. Both customer and ILMS’ knowledge and experience is required to assess accurate parts availability. Barcode and internet technologies effectively communicate parts availability.
