ILMS provides special value added services to our customers such as special packaging, kits, and sub-assemblies.

Customer's parts are delivered from suppliers to the ILMS warehouse. This facilitates a more cost-effective method for the retrieval, preparation and delivery of parts to our customers’ production line for immediate use. Production output is increased and the assembly focus is increased for further productivity improvements.

Additional ancillary benefits to outsourcing these operations are the validation of bills of material, assuring correct costing, component parts availability, reducing inventory shrink and increased focus on the methods of assembly kits.

These functions are very supportive of the integrated supply concept of deliveries to the point of use or storage, “Kanban” signaling system and sequencing of major components to the production line.
